This links with Cultural Awareness because it tells you what happens when kids are given internet. Bullying each other over the internet because of their culture is an example of what happens when you give a inappropiate kid the internet. Sometimes giving a kid internet is a good thing. They can learn and talk to people about their differences which is example of cultural awareness and parents and community combined.
Examples
.....Provide real examples from your school, country or from your research of how this norm and the Digiteen element impact on each other. These can be in the form of an image with text, a podcast, a short video, interviews etc.
Some things that happen when internet is given to people.
When internet is welcomed into school, it can help other people from different countries feel welcome because they know more about themselfs then you.
Students can learn and respect different cultures by learning about their heritage on the internet or even asking them.
Teachers have been letting kids on the internet to research other peoples cultures so they let them understand more about people.
By letting other people chat with one another with a different heritage it helps them feel comfortable, because they know more about the others heritage.
Parents have even talked to people with different beliefs so that understand and learn more about them and become great friends.[1]
